Terms of service
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Ayo. By creating an account or giving Ayo an instruction, you agree to them. Questions go to support@ayo.ae.
What Ayo does
Ayo is an agent that acts on your instruction. It searches merchants, prepares an order and, once you approve, places it on your behalf. Ayo is not the seller of the goods or services you buy. The merchant remains the seller, and their terms apply to the goods themselves.
Limits and approvals
- An order is only placed inside limits you set, covering the merchant, category, amount and time window.
- By default Ayo proposes and you approve. Hands off execution is optional, limited to merchants and caps you choose, and revocable at any time.
- An approval you give is an instruction to place the order. Once a merchant accepts it, cancellation follows the policy of that merchant.
Paying for your order
You pay the merchant for what you buy. Ayo does not hold your money and is not a party to that payment. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method available and for the amounts you authorise. Prices, availability and delivery windows are set by the merchant and can change between the moment Ayo prepares an order and the moment it is accepted.
Substitutions, refunds and disputes
Where a merchant proposes a substitution, Ayo will ask you before accepting it unless you have allowed substitutions in advance. Refunds follow the policy of the merchant and are returned to the original payment method. Ayo keeps a complete record of each order so a dispute can be raised with evidence.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Ayo to buy anything unlawful or restricted.
- Do not use a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass limits, caps or approval steps.
- Do not scrape, probe or overload the service.
Availability
We work to keep Ayo available and accurate, but merchant catalogues, prices and delivery estimates come from third parties and can be wrong or unavailable. Ayo is provided on an as is basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ayo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our liability for a given order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that presents a fraud or legal risk, or where we are required to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
